Hello to everyone at Discount Mobility USA!
Just a quick thank you for a wonderful vacation to Orlando.
We were lucky enough to stay at your villa and use several pieces of the
equipment that you offer.
The villa was outstanding. We found it to more than meet the needs of our 80
year old dad, who cannot walk more than a few feet. It was luxurious, and
allowed for his safety, comfort, and privacy for all. Most importantly, it was
immaculate.
The van and scooter that you provided for my dad was a great source of comfort
and enjoyment for all of us. It allowed us a chance to see many sites in the
area, and for my dad to get around in a much more independent fashion than he
has been used to.
Aside from all of this, the personalized attention that our family received was
above and beyond any expectations that we had. You were right there for us, to
take us to the airport, to help with directions when we were lost, or if we had
any questions at any time.
My sincere appreciation for the great and much needed R&R on our vacation.

my wife Kathy and the rest of my family. Kathy has a T- 11/12 injury that has
rendered her paraplegic, as you know. When we travel, we always have some degree
of difficulty with accessibility. Anyone who is in a similiar situation will be
able to relate to the challenges of finding suitable accommodations. We are very
pleased to be able to write to you to thank you for the use of your condo unit
at Somerset. The unit suited our needs perfectly. We found no substantial
barriers of any kind. Your unit was a great solution for our family of five's
stay in Orlando.
